Air filters are an important part of your car's intake system. The air filter allows your car to breath. The engine requires an certain mixture of air and fuel in order to perform at its peak. The air first enters the engine via the air filter. The air filter prevents dirt and other foreign material to enter your engine which may harm your engine. Air filters are simple and cheap and should be changed on a regular basis. It is common to change your air filter with each oil change. Please consult your owner's manual to know how often you should change your air filter.
Oil filters remove large particles from the oil that may damage your engine. Oil filters play another role too. When the engine is turned off the oil drains to the bottom of the engine leaving part of the engine components unlubricated. A small amount of oil is saved in the oil filter allowing for oil to quickly reach the needed components when the engine is turned on. This prevents the components from being damaged. It is recommended that you get your oil filter changed with each oil change. Please consult your owners manual to get you car's specific oil change recommendation.
Fuel filters trap large particles from entering the engine. Because of the tremendous force caused by the pistons to compress the air-fuel mixture, any large particles can cause serious damage to your engine. Also large particles can cause fuel injectors to clog. Some mechanics recommend that you change your fuel filter once every year during your scheduled "tune up". Please consult your owner's manual for recommended fuel filter changing.

When an inner or outer rib wears faster than than the rest of the tire, the need for wheel alignment is indicated. There is excessive camber in the front suspension, causing the wheel to lean too much to the inside or outside and putting too much load on one side of the tire.
Cups or scalloped dips appearing around the edge of the tread on one side or the other, almost always indicate worn (sometimes bent) suspension parts.
Note: Regular tire rotation will increase the life of your tires. Consult your owners manual to find out how often to rotate your tires. Most manufactures recommend rotating tires every 5,000 to 10,000 miles. Also, the above are possible reasons for irregular wear on your tire. To find out what is the cause of an irregular wear please consult a mechanic.

Brakes are one of the most vital components in your car. If brakes do not function properly it can endanger you and your passengers. Thus, the brake fluids are a vital part of the brake system and should be checked and replaced on a regular basis.
Over time your power steering fluid can degrade due to heat and friction from normal usage. Just like the brake system, the power steering system is a vital system which if not working properly it can endanger you and your passengers.
Just like oil, tranmission fluid is used to keep the components well lubricated. The ability for lubrication can degrade over time due to friction, intense heat and contamination. Transmission is a very expensive component, so you want to be sure that the fluid is good in this component.
